1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 84000 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the management of 84000 ("Platform"). Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 84000 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 84000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 84000 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any form of financial misconduct. This platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 84000 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
• Colluding with other users to exploit game vulnerabilities or bonus systems in an unauthorised manner.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to third parties.
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any action that could compromise the integrity of the games or the security of the platform.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and, depending on the circumstances, further legal action.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the 84000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly; any conversion is the user's responsibility and may be subject to exchange fees charged by third-party financial service providers.

Deposits can be made via the payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers and e-wallets listed in your account's deposit section. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and the processing timeframes set by the platform.

84000 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction suspected of being linked to fraud or illegal activity. In such cases, we reserve the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. 5. Limitation of Liability & Account Termination Policy

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 84000 is not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use of this platform, including technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.

84000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
